Pros
There is overtime pay (although very little).
Cons
1. During the lunch break, once you finish lunch, the boss’s wife will actually pressure you to work.
2. The boss’s wife will use surveillance cameras to monitor your every move.
3. Information is not shared equally within the company.
4. In fact, there are two other companies under the same ownership that you are also expected to work for, but the salary is still only the minimum.
5. The company atmosphere is very dull.
6. The boss refuses to spend money on marketing.
