There’s plenty that could be improved
1. The boss is deeply superstitious and believes that a person’s personality can be determined from their Eight Characters
2. The boss’s cousin is very extreme and also a typical two-faced person
3. Hardly anyone wants to stay at that company; they are constantly replacing people
4. When something happens, the boss only listens to the sycophants. Even if you have done nothing wrong, you will be portrayed as being at fault
5. The salary is underreported

The company is short-staffed in sales, so even if you go for an interview, you may not necessarily receive a response.
They talked about a lot of company benefits, but in the end there was no response.
There are very few engineers inside; I guess there may not be much work.
