Very disrespectful to interviewees.
A good person in public, a bad person behind people's backs
It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance before joining. You need to have strong, adaptable skills and be prepared with multiple skill sets, as managers will require you to handle matters outside your job scope.
Small companies have stricter rules than large companies. Regulations are repeatedly changed without any notice. The procurement staff are passive and irresponsible: even after asking a simple question more than three times, they still give vague answers and avoid responding directly, showing no sense of responsibility at all. When this was reported to the supervisor, the response was that these people needed more training and experience. None of us are recent graduates who have only just entered the workforce; there is really no need to make things so difficult for everyone and waste everyone's time.
It seems there were none.
I arrived on time for the interview, but was told the supervisor had already left for the day. During the second interview, I felt that the supervisor spoke in a very sarcastic manner. The starting salary for a bachelor's degree was NT$28,000, and they wanted to review my transcript to ask whether it could be lower. If I had known the salary was lower than what was advertised and lower than the industry standard, I would not have gone. It felt very disrespectful, as if I were being lectured. An unforgettable interview experience.
