The big boss probably doesn’t want to run the company anymore, and his son is very incompetent. They put you in the company to serve the young master. The young master’s name is Kevin, and he is the worst engineer. A man in his 40s needs other team members to do his work and clean up his messes.
However, the boss has him work as an engineer, when in fact he is a PM, while the original PM is used as an SA.
You have to serve him well; otherwise, if the young master gets upset, there will be a major upheaval and all the team members will be forced to leave.
It is truly a terrible company. Don’t waste your time.
None
The sales team only wants to make money, lacks the ability to handle things, and will even deceive people; basically, they side with the other party.
Convenient transportation
Casually finding people to come in for a chat wastes the interviewee’s time and transportation costs. Newcomers don’t need to go—they won’t be hired anyway.
There is water to drink
A company that really wastes interviewees’ time. Only at the second interview did I find out that it was a fixed-term contract position, and they didn’t say so beforehand. A staffing agency that sells labor.
