Cons
Internal managers have a very strong sense of autonomy and lack team spirit. They are prone to shifting blame. If a manager dislikes you, they may frame you with fabricated accusations and pressure you to resign. Overtime cannot be reported normally; doing so will affect your performance evaluation. If you take leave due to an injury, you may be accused of deliberately not coming to work.
