Pros
Terrible
Cons
I found someone to go for an interview, and we had already discussed everything over the phone, including the approximate salary. But after the person went to speak with the department manager, the reason given was that they were afraid I would take their job. You were the one who originally said you wanted to introduce someone more capable, but once they went there, you got scared??
In short, blacklist them.
