The salary listed in the job posting on the recruitment website differs considerably from the actual salary.
Although the salary is said to be adjusted after the probationary period, there may also be opportunities for management training and position-based allowances, and the company may provide additional bonuses each year depending on its operating conditions;
However, considering the experience of someone who has been in the workforce for many years, the starting salary may be somewhat disappointing.
