This company proactively contacted me for an interview and offered a monthly salary of 32k. A month later, I was hired by another company for the same position with a salary of 53k.
I feel that the practice of continually pushing down the salary during the interview is disrespectful and also reflects a disregard for vocational and technical professionals.
An unpleasant interview experience
After seeing the interview notification and arriving at the interview site, they criticized me for lacking industry experience.
My original salary was already 40K, but during the actual interview, offering 32K was humiliating.
The salary posted on the recruitment website was 40K–80K, which differed from the posted salary.
It felt like they would offer as little as they could.
I was offered 43K by X Li Technology, 43K by X Cheng Technology, 45K by Zhong X Industrial, and 46K by An X Technology.
They invited someone to interview only to offer 32K—the kind of salary used to hire a monkey with a banana. It was extremely humiliating.
