The company is located in an alley in a converted residential building. The interior is bright, and the interview lasts approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on how the conversation goes.
For inexperienced newcomers, the starting salary is NT$23,100 for the first three months. After the probationary period, it is increased to approximately NT$28,000–30,000, depending on learning progress and passing the assessment. Although this is an internal sales position, after passing the three-month assessment, it becomes an external sales position. The assessment is very strict. During the first one or two weeks, the supervisor will ask you questions, either intentionally or casually. If your answers make them feel that you are not putting effort into learning and contributing to the job, they will ask you to leave.
The assessment in the third month requires you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and explain it to the entire company and partner vendors. They will then take turns asking questions. Once you answer satisfactorily, you pass the assessment, your salary will be increased, and the difference in salary for the first three months will be paid retroactively.
Those who genuinely want to learn can take on the challenge. This is a company willing to cultivate newcomers. You are required to sign a contract, so read the contract carefully to determine whether you can accept its terms. If you are laid off within two years, no severance pay will be provided.
