HR changed the interview time, saying the manager was unavailable, but in the end I still did not interview with the manager that day.
It was full of probing questions. They asked about the bonus details and salary at my previous company, and even asked about my private life (what my family members do for work and how I met my boyfriend—what does any of that have to do with the job?).
When I asked in return about the two bonuses, they did not explain clearly. When I asked about the job duties, they said only the manager knew.
I basically went there just to have HR collect information.
Salary and benefits are better than outside the company.
There are employee trips and opportunities to enjoy good food.
The subsidies you would expect are generally all provided.
There are a lot of annoying tasks. Even if something isn't within your job scope, you still have to know how to do it and handle it.
When employees make mistakes, the company won't tell you directly.
The company has no systematic way of doing things, and many processes waste time.
It's still a family-owned company—well, you know what I mean.
