The store location is convenient to get to (accessible by MRT), the benefits and compensation are good (three annual holiday bonuses, year-end bonus, etc.), the company atmosphere is fairly good, you often get to see masters in related fields, and the customers who visit the specialty shop are straightforward.
Cons
The service industry operates on a shift system (when taking time off for overseas travel, you need to ask colleagues to work for you).
