Pros
There is an SOP for everything.
Family business = obedient + willing to follow instructions
Cons
Too many meetings—although work starts at 8:30, meetings also start early at 8:15.
The pressure at work comes from having many family members nearby.
There are often book clubs or some kind of learning course after work.
On Monday meetings, we also have to share about our weekend.
It feels very much like direct selling, but it is actually just an ordinary company.
People who do not like the feeling of a big family are not suited to this company.
