If an employee has a bad relationship with the boss or the boss’s wife, the boss will criticize the employee in the content of the published magazine. It’s terrifying!
1. No overtime

Job responsibilities: Creating image collages and handling publishing and distribution matters; working on the boss’s house, organizing their old house and moving; I even saw their underwear
Company policies: As a small company, it completely fails to comply with the Labor Standards Act; there is no annual leave
Workplace culture: You work at the boss’s home. Construction has been going on in the house next door for more than 10 years; whenever I went over to take construction photos and came back, I was covered in dust
Other:
1. There were only five people in the office, including the boss and the boss’s wife; everyone else was a laborer
2. The senior worker, Ms. Liao, bullied newcomers
3. The boss’s wife had poor emotional control. She would ask about your personal affairs and then criticize you. She would even criticize you for not knowing how to cook or for holding chopsticks incorrectly
4. The boss and the boss’s wife loved showing off their wealth. Occasionally, they would take employees to buffets or upscale restaurants, but dining with them was very stressful
