4.）A relatively junior shipping employee does nothing other than handle shipping documents, and will even order rookie sales staff to communicate with shipping on her behalf while they are at it. She opens an online booking screen every day and slacks off there. The boss turns a blind eye because he is busy bullying the rookies.
5.）Veteran employees take serious advantage of their seniority and have an extremely poor attitude toward newcomers. In less than three days, they will snap at you with remarks such as, “You don’t even know how to do this?” “Didn’t I already tell you this?” and “You’re too slow...” The veterans’ English is poor, but they will still correct your English—especially one chubby woman and one tall woman. If you don’t believe it, you can experience their attitudes for yourself.
6.）After joining as a rookie, absolutely do not work overtime, because your salary is lower than that of 90% of your colleagues, and overtime pay is only $50 per hour.
7.）The veterans, including the accountants who have nothing better to do, watch the spectacle and bet on how long the new rookies will last.
8.）The boss is extremely subjective. If he dislikes you, nothing you do or say will be right. However, young and beautiful women who can engage him in verbal sparring, flatter him, and show off their ability to handle things may give it a try.
If you do not consider yourself qualified as a beautiful “green tea bitch,” I recommend not wasting your time. You can tell from the fact that this company’s vacancies open approximately every three months on average.
