Previously worked in a department that sometimes required working across time zones
I have to say, everyone there acted like a princess
There were no standard SOPs; they acted as if they expected you to know everything
If they thought you weren't getting up to speed, they would start bullying you at work
Including verbal and behavioral bullying, among other things
Think twice before joining
