Position: Product Designer
Project: Developing an apple peeler for export
Because the company is relatively small, there is only one product design position.
There is no one to collaborate and discuss development with, so design blind spots are more difficult to identify.
Moreover, the company’s main business is the export and trade of parts.
Design is only one of the company’s directions.
Applicants for ID/RD positions must be proficient in both areas.
It is recommended that applicants have RD design experience.
The only discussion channel is with the boss, so it is difficult to incorporate diverse opinions.
