Pros
The workload isn't heavy; you might have nothing to do all day.
Cons
The veterans throw their weight around. It's like there are no adults in the house: there is no supervisor in the warehouse, and each department forms its own faction, scheming against the others. The warehouse department has been reduced to a subordinate department of the sales department. There is no order-closing deadline—as long as they want something shipped, it has to go out!
