Pros
1. The factory is right next door. I was originally worried that the air would be too polluted, but after smelling the air, there was no obvious unpleasant odor.
2. The conversation with the interviewer during the interview was relaxed and pleasant.
Cons
1. Two different people interviewed me separately during the interview. Both started by saying that the supervisor who was originally supposed to interview me was unavailable due to personal matters or sick leave. I felt that I was not being taken seriously.
