The back-office work is extremely grueling almost every day, and the department head and senior colleague still have the same attitude. There are many unreasonable things, and after working here for so many years, I still can't see any prospects. I can't find an opportunity to leave even when interviewing elsewhere, so I have no choice but to continue doing work I have no passion for. We even had to work during a typhoon before. There's nothing we can do when the old-timers refuse to leave. It feels like I've long since become a two-faced person who endures everything at work and curses furiously at home after getting off.
