After working there for a year, you’ll know:
1. There is no year-end bonus.
2. There is no company year-end party either.
3. In addition to the low salary, there is no salary increase system.
4. There are no gift payments for the Mid-Autumn Festival or Dragon Boat Festival.
5. Annual leave cannot be taken on the same day, so you cannot deal with unexpected matters at short notice.
If something comes up unexpectedly, you have to take personal leave and have your pay deducted.
6. Most of the people there are women.
7. You also have to help the boss with things that are not work-related.
