Read the community guidelinesSometimes there was nothing to do, so I would just sit there all day.
I heard there was a one-month year-end bonus (but I never received it; apparently, you have to work for a full year to qualify).
I left before completing a full year.
I recommend that people with civil engineering experience apply (they will ask you to check the progress of construction projects, so you need to know what they are doing).
I couldn't understand what they were doing, so I was constantly berated.
Sometimes there were a lot of miscellaneous tasks (washing turtles, sweeping, mopping, and sometimes tenants would ask you to pick up things they didn't want. Once, I had to carry two or three rows of LED lights, and I ended up with a huge scrape on my hand).
There was a senior employee who had poor emotional control and would constantly give you a hard time.
Also, when the air conditioner's drain pan was full, they would ask you to unclog the air conditioner so they wouldn't have to pay an air-conditioning repair technician.
Finally, they paid your salary directly in an envelope rather than by bank transfer.
There isn't much to do, so it's very boring.
The company has fewer than three employees in total, and the benefits are all just empty promises. When asked about them afterward, they deny having promised anything—for example, perfect-attendance bonuses and meal subsidies. They also never mentioned beforehand that I would have to do things like clean turtle tanks; afterward, they said that the job was supposed to be boring anyway and that doing some personal errands for the boss was no big deal. The boss is also extremely stingy, and the long-term employees sometimes like to pick fights. It completely feels like a place where people go to coast until retirement, so think carefully before going for an interview—it is simply a company that does not keep its word at all.
