The work allows you to start and finish on time.
Cons
1. Employees are required to take the company's trash home to dispose of it.
2. There is a very strong religious influence; non-Christians are likely to be singled out.
3. There are absolutely no employee benefits—no year-end banquet, health checkups, or employee trips.
4. Employees are forced to perform work unrelated to the position they applied for (over 80% of the time).
