It is a family-owned business. Overall, the work environment is clean in some areas but rather messy in others. The restroom that employees normally use is also filled with many machines, making it look like a warehouse. Although the lunch break is said to be an hour and a half, no one in the maintenance department rests after going out to eat; they keep repairing machines, which creates a lot of noise. If you want to rest somewhere quiet, you have to go out and find a place yourself.
The maintenance and repair service area covers Taipei and New Taipei City, but the monthly fuel subsidy is only NT$1,000, so you have to pay the rest out of pocket. The boss sometimes repeatedly harps on the same things: after lecturing everyone in the morning, they continue in the afternoon, which affects your mood at work. Since this is a family-owned business, you should not expect much opportunity for promotion. If you are simply looking for a job with Saturdays and Sundays off where you can make ends meet but not save much money, you could consider it.
