HR found my résumé on 104 and sent me an interview invitation.

Afterward, they told me they would pass my information on to their supervisor for review.

They also contacted me through the official LINE account.

A few days later, they told me that their supervisor thought I was unsuitable for the position.

I was completely confused—what?!

If your HR found my résumé, they should have known from the start whether I was suitable.

Later, I asked HR what kind of person they were looking for.

HR: Someone experienced, with at least eight years of experience.
