The way HR communicated was quite uncomfortable. I interviewed on Monday and was told I was hired on Tuesday. On Wednesday, they asked to see my salary statement, and that evening they verbally gave me an offer. Before the written offer was issued, they asked me to resign from my current job first, and insisted that I start at the time they wanted. There was no room for discussion, and everything felt extremely rushed and not very friendly.
