When I first joined, no one handed over the responsibilities, and my supervisor was very cold. They had no empathy.
If they took a dislike to you, they would find fault with you and force you to leave.

The advantage is having Saturdays and Sundays off, with fixed days off.
Cons
It violates the Labor Standards Act. There is overtime, but no 1.33 multiplier.
