Salary is paid on time
Cons
1. The supervisor really loves the company and keeps saying that its benefits are great and that employees leave work on time (but in reality, if you leave work on time, the supervisor will make sarcastic remarks like "You seem just like a civil servant")
2. Working overtime is expected, with no overtime pay
3. Poor employee quality; they will invite you to go to hostess clubs for entertainment
