The HR representative looked very sour. After collecting my résumé, she told me to wait in the conference room. I waited for nearly 20 minutes before a female manager came in. She had not looked at my résumé at all and asked questions throughout the interview while repeatedly snorting, laughing disdainfully, and using a contemptuous tone, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
After the interview, she asked, "Did HR explain the salary to you earlier?" I said, "No." I thought she would bring HR back in (the salary should have been explained during the interview in the first place!), but instead she said the interview was over and I could leave, and that HR would tell me the salary later if I was hired (This was extremely puzzling and did not comply with the regulations!).
It was an extremely infuriating interview experience. Neither HR nor the manager was professional, and I have no idea what they meant by proactively asking me to come for an interview and then showing me no respect.
HR asked detailed questions based on my résumé. The company has testing and assembly lines on-site, and overtime is paid under the overtime system. There are approximately two instances of overtime per week. Overall, the interview felt respectful, and having production lines on-site was especially helpful for gaining an understanding of the products.
The company is located on the first and second floors of a residential building, so it is relatively small and old; after the interview, they said they would send a notification within a week, but there was no follow-up, which did not leave a good impression.
