Read the community guidelinesThe boss, Andrew, is a young second-generation owner. He was all smiles and jokes during the interview, but I eventually discovered that he is a smiling tiger—a two-faced person.
As someone from the same industry, I went for an interview, and from beginning to end he kept probing into how my current company operates internally and asking about the confidential information of its existing clients. It made me wonder: Is he really the boss? The entire interview was focused on discussing my company, but he would not tell me about the position at his company. When I eventually asked about the benefits system, he said he did not know. How could the boss not know? When I finally asked about the salary, he was also very evasive.
This company has no sales commission system and does not participate in trade shows, yet he even asked which trade shows my company attends. In the end, he was just trying to poach information from a competitor. A truly terrible person.
