The colleagues are generally quite easy to get along with.

The senior managers with authority and influence are all quite old, and their thinking is closed-minded and conservative—“reflecting Far Eastern Department Stores’ outdated corporate style.”

The manager of the Marketing Planning Department at Banqiao Mega City Far Eastern Department Store is “extremely, extremely, extremely” outrageous!

Their emotional control is an enormous problem!! They scream at and harshly berate employees in front of people from other departments and other senior managers!

Using profanity to insult your mother is the bare minimum. They also attack your personal life and humiliate you in every possible way, making you feel like you are a worthless employee. It takes only one second to go from calm to berserk mode—faster than a Tesla accelerating to 100 kilometers per hour.

As a manager, they even make their subordinates take the blame. After making wrong and terrible decisions and being reprimanded by senior management, their first move is to push the employees below them forward and shift all the blame onto them. They are a bizarre person whom everyone dislikes.

What is strange is that almost everyone at Banqiao Mega City Far Eastern Department Store knows about this person’s workplace bullying. No matter how other employees report them, the company simply does not deal with the situation, allowing them to continue making the entire work environment chaotic and toxic, with negative energy every day. Truly astonishing.
