Read the community guidelinesWork is slow-paced; no matter how much you slack off, you won't be fired.
You can take leave whenever you want—no limits.
Very suitable for a company where you can coast toward retirement; there is no work pressure.
Overall, this company has no management. If you report problems to your supervisor, they won't pay any attention to you. When employees report problems to their supervisors, nothing ever comes of it. Any suggestions are treated as nonsense; they act as if to say, “This is just how we are!” It is a company with no ambition to improve.
The work efficiency is terrible. As soon as they arrive at work, they start chatting about their husbands and children; otherwise, they are sorting vegetables. You might think you had walked into a marketplace.
Most of the workday is spent chatting and gossiping, leaving very little time for actual work. Even simple tasks can be dragged out for a very long time.
If you have the ability to chat, you should also have the ability to finish your work. But their priority is chatting and gossiping. Besides, unfinished work can always be handled through overtime, which the supervisors also allow.
There are absolutely no rules. You can take leave whenever you want; even if the entire department takes leave, it does not matter, and there will be no one assigned to cover their duties.
Their work attitude is to delay things for as long as possible. When they finally run out of time, a scapegoat will be made to take over and deal with everything.
If the scapegoat resists, they will be publicly condemned and even bullied.
When the company has no rules, what gives them the right to publicly condemn the scapegoat? They publicly condemn people and make themselves look as if they are very righteous.
The scapegoat has done nothing wrong, yet is subjected to group attacks and becomes physically and mentally exhausted.
The supervisor of a certain department spends working hours playing games, making themselves look very busy, when in fact they are merely busy fighting monsters.
If you work at this company, protect yourself, because you never know when you will be the next person subjected to public condemnation and workplace bullying.
