Pros
The only thing worth mentioning is that the environment is clean.
Cons
The owner is extremely nitpicky and places great emphasis on 6S. She is very demanding about many details. Everyone is responsible for cleaning a designated area, and the job duties are extremely miscellaneous—you have to do everything. If you are interested in this industry, then consider it... Personally, I cannot accept it. If you are thinking of coming, please think twice!
