Messy and disorganized
Hyundai vehicles come from South Korea and are sold by Nanyang Industrial Co., Ltd., established by a well-known Taiwanese automotive company (the SYM distributor).
Bonuses include per-unit bonuses, quarterly bonuses, insurance commissions, accessory-installation commissions, loan commissions, profits from trade-in discounts, renewal commissions, after-sales maintenance commissions, and more. There is also an annual bonus and two travel competitions per year.
After joining, you will receive training on product information and insurance certification.
As this is a service-industry position, a rotating-days-off system applies: one weekday and one day on either Saturday or Sunday; regular time off is provided during the Lunar New Year.
The achievement rate is based on individual performance. (For capable employees, this is not necessarily a disadvantage; however, without any submitted applications, you can only receive the basic salary.)
The environment is clean and tidy
The administration requires joint investigation with the Financial Intelligence Unit and collecting money, which is very strange.
