The company is extremely stingy and basically offers zero benefits, only treating employees to cookies.
They wait for employees to sue them under the Labor Standards Act. The boss is extremely adept at personal attacks during meetings and treats employees like slaves.
The only advantage is that the salary is deposited on time.
Do not join this company under any circumstances. The company’s management philosophy is all about pressure, and managers have endless meetings every day. You have to work mornings, evenings, and holidays.
The boss overreaches and wants to control everything. They even have an opinion about buying a single pen. They only know how to cut costs and have never thought about increasing revenue.
They criticize everything, and there is a creative term for everything. It will guarantee that you feel your salary isn’t worth it.
HR doesn’t understand anything, and there is basically no system in place.

Lacking in human warmth, with management avoiding employees like the plague. There is no such thing as nurturing and supporting junior staff. If you are hired, please pay attention to certain details and trust your intuition—your intuition is absolutely correct.
Nothing noticeable.
After the interview, they ghosted me. When I followed up, they said they were still evaluating candidates. They’ve been evaluating for three months and still haven’t gotten back to me. Extremely rude.
Good epidemic prevention! (They took your temperature before the interview, and if they found you hadn’t received all three doses, they’d take you to a meeting room for a rapid test, treating you like a virus XD)
At first, the older female supervisor who called was particularly friendly. She even praised you and gave you suggestions for your résumé. However, when I actually went to the office and connected remotely for an interview with Taichung, she was a nasty, fat woman with a sour attitude who made cutting remarks without any courtesy. At the end, I asked her: “What are your actual requirements?” She replied: “Oh, hm~ Ability, I guess~”
If she were good-looking, that would be one thing, but this fat woman was unbelievably ugly. I think the supervisors above her probably don’t know that she has driven away many good-looking, capable people…
A mind-blowing interview experience XD
