Pros

Probably the only positive is leaving work on time.

Cons

Every day is filled with meaningless meetings. You get rotated from one department to another.

Meetings often run past break times, violating labor laws and leaving employees hungry.

The boss verbally abuses employees, emotionally screams at them, and asks employees to do private errands for the boss's household, regardless of their position or whether they have any connection to the matter.

There are only a few employees, yet they gang up to bully other employees. They treat employees like servants, with absolutely no respect.

The boss forgets everything they have said, as well as things employees have repeatedly mentioned in meetings, so you constantly have to repeat the same things over and over again.

Employees even have to remind the boss about the three traditional holiday bonuses and benefits, and the boss is still reluctant, delaying the decision about whether to give them to employees.

The boss cannot teach people and has absolutely no patience. Even explanations in Chinese are problematic. They only tell you to look at the SOP, but they may not have checked the SOP themselves.

The boss often talks about the achievements of predecessors, without realizing how long ago those things happened. In short, they pressure you into getting the work done.

The boss has lived abroad for decades and still regards Taiwan as extremely backward, treating employees as second-class citizens.

They barely understand Taiwan and speak in an extremely condescending tone.
