Pros
The technical consultant and founder I interviewed with were both very pleasant to talk to and courteous. They explained the company’s situation and future needs, and after learning about my background, they asked appropriate questions. Overall, the interview process was very comfortable.
Cons
The company seems to be at a relatively early stage and does not appear to have a rigorous development process.
