Hello, if you want to often be unable to receive your salary on time,
or have a hysterical boss,
or work for a company with absolutely no benefits (occasionally, during the three major holidays, they give everyone company products that nobody wants),
welcome aboard.
Very idle when there’s nothing to do
1. During the interview, the questions were repetitive, and I waited for more than an hour before the interviewer arrived.
2. The manager has no aesthetic sense at all.
3. The computer is terrible.
4. Everything was different from what was said during the application.
5. There are no holiday bonuses, seasonal gifts, or employee trips.
None, not at all
1. Delays salary payments; if you do not remind him, he might not transfer the money at all.
2. Even though he is the only person in the entire company, whenever a problem arises, he will bluff and say he needs to discuss it with the shareholders. (For example, when salary payments are overdue, he will say, "The shareholder responsible for finance is probably busy and should handle it this afternoon," and then go out himself to transfer the money in the afternoon.)
3. If product prices are adjusted, he will definitely tell customers when prices increase, but will say absolutely nothing when prices decrease.
4. He makes the company benefits sound like the best in the industry, but in reality, after six months on the job, if your monthly sales do not reach 200,000–300,000, you will not even receive 30,000.
5. The manager changes the rules entirely according to his mood, including pay, benefits, policies, working hours, and so on.
