Read the community guidelinesThe overall work environment is pretty good, and the atmosphere among colleagues is pleasant.
As I am not a resident of this county or city, I took the high-speed rail north for the interview and deliberately arrived at the company 20 minutes early to wait. After entering the company, I was first asked to fill out two forms. Once I finished, it was an endless wait... (I don't understand why they still bothered to schedule a time.) At one point, a colleague explained that the interviewer was busy rushing to complete a project and asked whether I had anything else to do later. (Excuse me... would I have had anything else to do after specifically traveling north for an interview?) I then waited a full two hours before the interview finally took place, QQ. Although the interviewer was fairly polite and friendly during the interview, the lack of respect for applicants alone revealed quite a bit... If there really was something that could not be put aside, I believe there would have been a better way to handle it...! (I won't say too much.) I hope that applicants who have the opportunity to interview at your company in the future will take note and consider this carefully. I am sharing this as a reference regarding my interview experience.

The interview experience was extremely poor. The interviewer repeatedly emphasized that this was a “dream job” because it involved speaking with foreigners. There are many jobs that involve speaking with foreigners, so there was no need to keep emphasizing this. In addition, many details were not explained on 104. When I asked the interviewer on site how long the training would take and about related details, they refused to answer, saying that the interviewee was only concerned with their own interests. This was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee. Put yourself in the other person’s shoes: it is not only the company interviewing employees—the interviewee is also interviewing the company. This was the worst interview experience I have ever had.
Pleasant interactions with colleagues; everyone is a miserable person who sympathizes with the others.
Basically, every negative review is true. Additionally:
1. They claim to be an English-speaking company, but the boss does not even know the English word for “invoice.” When mentioning invoices to foreigners, he says “ㄈㄚˇㄆㄧㄠˊ.”
2. The boss works as an adjunct lecturer at a university. He only has a master’s degree but calls himself a professor everywhere.
3. The company’s average overtime is until 10 p.m. (with no overtime pay). The reason is that if the boss has not left, you cannot leave either; a group of people just sit around until 10 p.m.
4. You may be required to help the boss handle his personal affairs or matters unrelated to the company in addition to your work. Of course, they will not pay you extra, because he thinks the company belongs to him and everyone is his personal secretary, regardless of their position.
5. There is no year-end bonus. As I recall, there was one time when they said they would give out a bonus, and they gave out 200 New Taiwan dollars.
Nice environment
A place where it feels like I could improve my English
Feels like I wasn't accepted
There are snacks, and plenty of food options nearby.
The person in charge of this company is arrogant, rude, and conceited. They fail to provide labor and health insurance, or delay enrollment; they underreport wages despite offering high salaries, invent arbitrary charges, and fail to pay fees. They do not respect employees or value talent. They like to speak or talk on the phone loudly, disturbing employees. If you are going to interview here, be extremely cautious, as they may use manipulative wording to skillfully elicit information. The company has a high turnover rate.

The interviewer was too busy?? So I had to wait a long time for the interview.
After being told I was hired, I was then told not to come to work at the company because of certain changes regarding the position.
The female boss is very self-centered, has a very hard personality, and has little empathy.
No credibility!

Overall, I feel about this job: Why isn’t there an extremely bad option?
The boss is just a ** who thinks they’re very smart because they’ve received an education and dreams of getting rich every day. If you’re a person, do not come here under any circumstances, unless you’re willing to be a dog.
The company environment looks very comfortable. The interviewer also gave me advice, which I found quite helpful. Overall, the interview was a good experience.
They place a strong emphasis on English communication and expression skills, and the interview was conducted in English.
