At first, they ask you to fill out your personal information and a form that resembles a psychological test.
Later, the supervisor basically only looks at that form to judge what kind of person you are.
After half a day of interviewing with no result, they say they hope you can go to another address to interview with the chairman.
Do not go.
It is an Air Force Aviation Education Exhibition Hall.
Then members of the armed forces will come over and ask whether you want to join the military.
While you wait, they will keep trying to persuade you to join.
After waiting for half a day,
an employee comes out
and says the chairman is unavailable, asking me to leave my information.
It was a complete waste of a trip.
P.S. When I went for the interview, even the general manager did not know they were recruiting marketing personnel.
It feels like a company that has no idea what it is doing.

Extremely unhappy—the female owner washed her face before the interview.
After I filled out a standard résumé, we basically didn’t discuss the compensation at all before she directly rushed me out.
They clearly aren’t actually looking for staff.
You can learn the complete production process at a food factory, from manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, quality control, order processing, shipping, and sales... as well as guided tours. Those who are capable can learn a little about every position.
Regardless of your position, you will need to support packaging, warehousing, sales, guided tours... Yes, you will learn a lot.
Overtime: If you choose the option with higher overtime pay, they will all know about it. If you choose compensatory leave, they will think you are a good employee; ideally, don't even submit an overtime form. With the Labor Standards Act now raising wages, I think packaging and production workers should have increased from 19K to 20K, while entry-level office positions start at 22K.
