I resigned after working for four days. From morning to evening, I was required to continuously search the websites of major foreign automobile manufacturers to find email addresses, and send a set email before the end of the workday. I was told that previous employees could find several thousand email addresses a day, but in reality, when first starting out, finding around 500 was about the limit. In addition, I also had to make posts on Facebook and Instagram, handling the images and text for the posts myself. I was required to download images from the internet without regard for copyright.
In addition, during working hours, the boss would constantly berate employees in the office. At a morning meeting, the boss brought their own child in to introduce themselves in front of all the employees, and then said that all the employees were inferior to their child. Apart from that, the boss continually used profanities and vulgar language during work hours.
The Chinese interview took 10 minutes and was very quick.
Someone will guide you if you have no experience.
There is overtime pay.
They said it was a trade assistant position, but what they actually wanted was a sales position (so there are performance bonuses).
A fixed NT$50 is deducted each day for meals.
They speak very quickly, and even when I asked questions, the answers were vague.
There are no advantages at all ahhhhh
The coworkers are all just there to slack off and collect a paycheck; not a single person there knows international trade, so you can lie!! They give you an email address and a stage name to use (because the turnover rate is extremely high). Products: racing seats, shock absorbers, and other parts and accessories.
It seems to be a two-day weekend. There is a bonus system, but I forgot how much.
No English interview; they ask you to develop overseas clients, but there are 0 international clients.
