The boss has an inflated sense of self-importance and holds meetings every day, resulting in extreme inefficiency and utter chaos. Today they ask you to do A, tomorrow they tell you to do B, and then they do not even remember what they themselves said. The company has an extremely high turnover rate. The boss is also the head of sales, does not respect employees, and verbally humiliates them. The performance bonuses sound good, but they are impossible to actually receive. There are many relatives and people with personal connections, making relationships complicated. The company does not respect women; female sales employees are used as tools for building connections, and business entertainment requires drinking and entertaining clients.
The atmosphere across the entire team is very pleasant, and everyone is extremely friendly. (Really!)
The salary is on the low side: base salary of NT$21,000 + various allowances + NT$1,500 perfect-attendance bonus = NT$27,000.
After the three-month probationary period, it will exceed NT$30,000 only if there is a salary adjustment and performance bonus.
Working hours: 8:30–12:00, 13:30–18:00.
On call after work and on weekends; field positions sometimes require working very late due to scheduling (overtime pay is provided only if requested in advance).
The engineering manager was very friendly and spent a lot of time introducing the products and job responsibilities.
The salary is generous, with no unnecessary fuss.
The company environment is great, with a break bar and coffee machine, and the products are very interesting.
Regular working hours, with no need for overtime.
I believe they can attract many talented people! Highly recommended.
