You can’t have your own ideas and must completely follow your superiors. Little pay and lots of work. If you can stay, you can retire there. A company with no systems, where people love gossiping about colleagues. They don’t think about how the company should make money; they only gossip, wasting your life and time. Think carefully before joining.
If you can stay, every other company will feel like heaven by comparison.
Low pay and lots of work. If you ask for overtime pay, you’ll be threatened. You’ll have to travel to mainland China and central and southern Taiwan for programming, then after finishing business trips, they’ll ask you to deliver the programs. Employees earning too much will be asked to resign. They’ll make you handle everything: SA, SD, PG, RD, DBA, PM, MIS, including clinic training and education, as well as maintenance and repairs. Don’t expect any future in this job. The old-timers there only know militarized management and cost-cutting. What can you cut costs on when writing programs? Of course, your salary and benefits.
