Pros
A bank subsidiary; it has all the benefits you would expect, and the year-end bonus is not too bad.
Cons
The IT department at Taiwan Lottery: think twice before joining. Besides having to work with very old systems, you are also very likely to be bullied—especially by the most senior female employee. It would be one thing if she only bullied newcomers, but she is also the least willing to take responsibility. Whenever there is a problem with the system, everyone else is to blame. I have never seen someone so awful.
