Pros
As a teaching hospital, there is a steady stream of staff.
The work atmosphere is good, and most of the senior colleagues are easy to get along with.
Cons
The system is terrible and difficult to use. How can a center’s system be this stupid???
It is not fully digitized, the administrative processes are complicated, and you often have to do the same thing twice.
The hardware and equipment also don’t feel much like those of a center.
