Read the community guidelinesThe HR representative who called was quite professional.
The interview lasted a little over an hour. There was both a test and an interview, so it was quite time-consuming. During the interview, the office outside felt unusually quiet, and after the interview I took a quick look at the people inside the office... It felt like everyone had come to work in pajamas... The company’s exterior looked like an ordinary townhouse, with no sign, and it even used a door curtain to block the entrance.
Also... there are only eight days off per month, which means several days of leave will effectively be lost each year... It doesn’t feel good.
Some colleagues are easy to get along with.
1. The boss's mood is unpredictable, and he speaks in an extremely unpleasant tone. We have to gauge his mood every day and speak to him with utmost deference.
2. HR speaks in a sharp and cutting manner.
3. Every colleague looks unhappy, and the atmosphere at work is extremely poor.
4. We are very often expected to work overtime for free 👎🏻
The boss is fairly young and sometimes says funny things. Most of the time, there is no overtime.
Speed is emphasized, and everything has an SOP. Almost every task has a required completion time, making it feel as though employees are expected to work like robots. The office atmosphere is very dull, with no one talking or chatting—not even in the warehouse department. Although overtime is not required, you still have to finish your tasks before leaving, so it is quite common to leave after 7 p.m. If the boss is in a bad mood, they may verbally lash out at employees without thinking.
