Good transportation and daily-life amenities
The job bank listing clearly said inexperienced applicants and newcomers were welcome. During the three-hour interview, they also told me that they could train people without experience. However, they were only willing to offer the base salary, and the benefits were not good. I accepted all of this and even turned down other interview opportunities. Then, on my first day of work, they went back on their word and said that one woman wanted to hire someone with experience and did not want to train someone gradually. They immediately gave me that day's wages, a certificate of employment separation, and processed my insurance enrollment and withdrawal for the day. This is an outrageous company that goes back on its word and only wants to exploit workers by using the base salary to hire experienced talent. Do not waste your time on a company like this.

Even when the work is finished, you still can't leave on time when your scheduled working hours are over. It's entirely a responsibility-based system with no overtime pay! On top of that, the salary isn't very high, and the turnover rate is quite high.
