Pros

Tea, water, and snacks are provided.

The main business is related to the digital content industry (which is probably neither an advantage nor a disadvantage).

Cons

There is a shortage of staff. There are very few people, but it feels like there are hidden cliques. Employees are expected to do the work of a hundred people. The business operations are chaotic. Supervisors keep making grand promises and constantly creating blueprints, but it feels like the goals are continually being revised. The logic is somewhat confusing.

It seems very flexible and open-minded, but actually it is not.

Men may find it more difficult to fit in, as the entire organization, from top to bottom, consists of women.

The bonus system sounds good, but you have to stay long enough to receive anything. Perhaps they are worried that people will take their year-end bonuses and leave, so the year-end bonus is split and distributed at different times throughout the year.

High turnover.

Very busy.

It feels like your ability to survive there depends heavily on your supervisor’s personal preferences.

I have heard about many incidents resembling bullying. Staying there for more than a year is considered a long time; many people leave within three months.

There is not much to eat nearby—there is only one 7-Eleven and one healthy lunchbox shop next door that sells out very easily.

no

Cons

The company is small, so each person is expected to handle multiple roles. The company has limited resources, so you can only rely on yourself.

The manager is extremely demanding and expects results within a short period without providing training.

Overtime is the norm, and turnover is extremely high.
