Read the community guidelinesThe company offers quite a lot of benefits
Here’s what I dreamed about:
If you resign, you might want to avoid signing the company’s terms recklessly.
Apart from administrative staff, planning staff may work extremely long overtime hours.
There are also some bad things that are difficult to talk about. Searching keywords on Google may bring up bad news that has possibly been bought out, leaving only the good results available.

The entire interview process was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the applicant.
First, they gave me an hour and asked me to complete a test about marketing planning (even though I was clearly applying for a graphic design position).
After I finished, I waited for half an hour and no one came in, so I had to call them myself to ask about it.
Then, during the interview, they did not introduce their company at all or let me ask any questions.
From beginning to end, they asked questions unrelated to the job and kept repeating the same questions over and over.
Finally, they offered a salary that even they themselves seemed to find laughable.
What a completely baffling company.
That said, it was clear that the company's office had recently been renovated (there were still flower stands celebrating the relocation), and it was designed with a strong sense of quality.
But instead of spending money on these things, why not use it to give employees a raise!
