Pros

There isn’t much overtime, and you can wear loungewear and slippers to work.

Cons

A small company with a very high turnover rate.

Because it is small, each person has to take on multiple roles and do everything.

The salary is very low. If you don’t care about the money,

this is a good place to gain experience.

The internal staff are very emotional and treat newcomers poorly.

You hear someone loudly hurling profanity every day.

The environment is good, but the atmosphere at work is not. Think carefully before joining.

Pros

Base salary of NT$22,000 + NT$2,000 (perfect attendance bonus)

Performance bonuses available

No overtime pay

Labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension contributions are all handled according to regulations

Two days off per week; public holidays are also days off

The work mainly involves assisting full-time employees with listing products on various platforms, basic image editing, and banner creation.

You will also need to regularly contact suppliers in mainland China, including following up on when shipments will arrive in Taiwan.

You will help prepare props for TV shopping programs and go to TV stations to set up the props (the company will provide round-trip transportation).

That is roughly what the job entails.

If salary is not a consideration, it is a place where you can gain experience.
