Read the community guidelinesThat bunch of jerks from two years ago have all left by now~thank goodness~their new employers should watch out for themselves
The boss is too soft-hearted~even people who have had it far too easy can act this arrogantly; fortunately, nowadays these people can only talk trash online

I originally didn't want to leave a comment, but the comments above are really fake.
I won't go into detail; this is for those who are meant to see it.
The company owner and managers seem like pretty nice people.
The Media Department seems to have quite a heavy workload—but I guess that’s just the norm in the media industry. The company’s benefits and policies seem relatively OK, though.
The company’s systems and benefits are pretty good~ It’s quite ambitious, the group’s overall layout is comprehensive, and it seems to be working in a fairly grounded manner. It has achieved quite a lot and feels like it’s constantly improving. It’s also preparing for an IPO, and I’ve been seeing related news more and more often. It should be a pretty good company.
The office cubicles don’t seem to be very big~ Some desks look like a battle zone~
The chairman expects employees to use fraudulent methods to apply for subsidies.
They also think that, since the salary is good, assigning more work and merging positions are perfectly reasonable.
But the salary is at most NT$30,000–40,000, and you will end up exhausted both physically and mentally.
The boss’s daughter has no idea what she is doing, yet she holds some vague “director/vice president” position.
She neither makes decisions nor does anything meaningful. She loves buying advertisements and selling things online.
She cannot explain what a meaningful special project proposal would be, yet she loves criticizing others.
A notoriously incompetent person in the art world.
For anyone who wants to devote themselves to the art industry, you will really go crazy.
Because I believe your commitment to aesthetics will collapse in this company.
To put it bluntly,
they treat videos, labor, and works of art with a manufacturing-industry mindset.
